The ladies’ market locates at Tong Choi Street, in between Dundas Street and Argyle Street. It is a famous sight viewing, shopping and night market in Mong Kok of Yau Tsim Mong. Since1970s, the stores there mainly sold women fashion items and other feminine accessories. Therefore, the street is commonly known as ladies’ market.   

「女人街」是通菜街的俗稱，位於油尖旺區，是旺角的一個觀光購物地點及夜市。在1970年，街道的攤檔所售賣的物品，多以女性服裝和女性用品為主，所以俗稱「女人街」。

If you think that there are only ladies shopping at the ladies’ market, the answer is not at all. Actually the markets have other goods that target male customers. Along the colorful and fascinating street, there are different stores selling bags, accessories, clothes, shoes and other interesting stuffs.

如果您以為「女人街」只有女人才會逛，那就錯了。雖然它叫女人街但也是有賣很多男生的東西。在這條五光十色的街道，你可以找到不同攤檔售賣皮包、飾品、衣服、鞋子等等新奇的東西。

The stores normally operate from the afternoon to elven o’clock at the evening. There are also many wet goods and food stalls for customers to replenish energy and then go shopping again!

攤檔一般於中午起營業至晚上十一時為止，「女人街」外圍附近亦有不少熟食檔及濕貨攤檔可供補充體力，繼續購物呢 !

Recently, I bought similar Korean from the ladies’ market as the birthday gift to my friend who is planning to visit Korea next month. She liked it very much^^

最近我在女人街買了一套韓服，送給一位打算下月到韓國旅行的好朋友兼生日禮物。她十分喜歡呢^^!

·  MTR Mong Kok Station, Exit E2. Walk along Nelson Street for two blocks.

·  從港鐵旺角站E2出口，向奶路臣街方向步行兩個街口，約5分鐘。

·  Bus 1, 1A, 2, 6 or 9 from Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry pier and get off at Nelson Street station
·  從尖沙咀天星碼頭的巴士總站，乘搭1、1A、2、6或9號巴士前往，至旺角奶路臣街下車，      車程約20分鐘。
