Yau Ma Tei Wholesale Fruit Market was founded in 1913 and used to be Kowloon Wholesale Fruit Market. It is one of the largest fruit market in Yau Tsim Mong. In the beginning, Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market only built by some huts and until the1920s to the 1930s, the Hong Kong government began to allow the construction of fixed building which has remained till today. You still able to see many historical building in here and consists of several Pre-World War II signboards on the outer walls of the buildings. In 2009, Yau Ma Tei Fruit Market was classified as a Grade II Historic Building.

油麻地果欄建於1913年，是香港主要水果批發市場，以前是九龍水果批發市場。
在此經營的商鋪最初只以草棚搭成，直到1920年代至1930年代，香港政府才開始批地讓欄商興建固定樓房，至今尚可見到不少具戰前特色的裝潢。在2009年，果欄被古物諮詢委員會於評定為香港二級歷史建築。

Until now, there still have many wholesalers operate in the market. Most of them start to work at 1 to 6 o'clock in the morning and their work included wholesale fruit, bidding, trading, transport and so on.

油麻地果欄中約設有200多個水果攤檔，每天凌晨一時至六時已經會進行水果批發、競投、交易、轉運等工作，每天合共銷售大約50,000 箱水果，是香港和九龍市區的水果批發集散地。
